To approve and sign the Minutes of the meeting held on 8 March 2021.
3. Public Participation

4. Public Health Update on Covid-19
The Director of Public Health will provide an update to the Committee on Public Health in York.
5. Update on Procurement (Pages 7 - 34)
This report provides an update on how procurement works in the Council. It also informs the Committee of the proposed changes in procurement legislation following the UKs departure from the EU. Finally it outlines some proposed updates to the Social Value Policy.
